Yes to Sex Hot Yoga focuses on staying present for Sex through movement, breathing and meditation.
Practice will be guided by Marissa and followed with a discussion/Q&A lead by Tanya Griffin (oOYes Founder & Sexpert) This series is designed to incorporate the principles learned in practice and to discover paths to more and better Sex.
